Quality Tech Plastics Plant – Flint MI
- Conduct inspections of materials, components, and finished products
- Perform quality control checks throughout the production process
- Utilize tools such as calipers to measure product dimensions accurately
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and IATF16949
Qualifications
-Quality experience
-Knowledge of all GM PPAP process (flow diagram, control plans, PFMEA, etc.)
- Knowledge of PPAP's, corrective action, work instructions, first/last piece, APQP,
ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and IATf16949
- Use of caliper, height gage, tape measure and know metric and standard units
-Basic computer skills (Word, Excel & Power Point)
-Basic knowledge of SPC
-Basic understanding of blueprint reading & GD&T
-Internal audit experience
