W-2 Time is approaching…….We need your correct address.
In an effort to reduce W-2’s being sent back to us, we are asking that you update your address and contact information. If you currently work for us or worked for APS during 2017 and have an updated address or contact number, please call or email us as soon as possible 989-921-0358. There will be a charge to reprint your W-2 if you don’t receive it due to not updating your information. This will also stop any delay in you receiving your W-2. W-2’s will be sent out by January 31, 2018, they will not be prepared any earlier.
